Product
Engram is downloadable software for a modern Mac running macOS 14 or later. It runs locally on your Mac. There is no subscription, cloud account, or ongoing service fee for the license itself.
Price and payment
Engram is sold as a one-time purchase on the Mac App Store. Price, tax, invoicing, and payment are handled by Apple under Apple Media Services terms. The final amount is shown in the App Store before you pay. Engram does not receive your card details.
Delivery
After purchase, Engram is delivered electronically through the Mac App Store. You can redownload it from your Mac App Store purchases on Macs signed in with the same Apple Account.
Refunds
App Store purchases follow Apple’s refund policies. Request a refund through Apple. For product questions, email support@addet.eu.
License
When you pay, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use Engram on Mac computers you own or control, subject to Apple’s terms. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app. The software remains the property of OMBORD OY.
Updates
Updates are delivered through the Mac App Store when available. We do not guarantee a minimum update schedule.
Support and contact
Product questions: support@addet.eu. We aim to reply within a few business days.
Complaints and dispute resolution
If we cannot resolve a complaint together, EU consumers may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution before a consumer authority, but we will consider doing so when appropriate.
Finnish consumers may also contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Service (KKV).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence still apply where they give you rights that cannot be waived by contract. Apple’s terms also apply to App Store transactions.
